ÁMBAR Carajillo

Try our take on the Carajillo, a popular cocktail from Mexico traditionally made with espresso

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Almave Ámbar
  • 1 oz Cold Brew Concentrate
  • 0.5 oz Agave Nectar
  • 3 dashes Orange Bitters
  • 1 dash Aromatic Bitters
  • A dash of salt

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker.
  2. Add ice and shake vigorously.
  3. Strain into a small coupe glass, shaking out all that good foam for a nice head.
  4. Lightly squeeze an orange peel on top and discard the peel.
