Blanco Paloma

The Paloma balances sweet, sour, and salty notes, and comes together in just a minute or two.


  • 2 oz Almave Blanco
  • 1 oz grapefruit juice
  • 0.5 oz lime juice
  • Pinch of salt
  • Mexican Squirt


  1. Combine Almave Blanco, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and salt in a shaker
  2. Shake and strain over ice
  3. Top with Mexican Squirt
  4. Garnish with a grapefruit smile
