Sol y Ceniza

Tropical pineapple and lime dance with subtle smoke in Sol y Ceniza, delivering a taste of sunny beaches and the comforting glow of an evening bonfire.

Ingredients

2 oz. Almave Humo  

1 oz. Pineapple Juice  

.5 Lime Juice  

.75 oz. Agave Syrup  

Glass: Rocks 

Ice: 1 Large Cube  

Garnish: 2 pineapple fronds 

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients to a shaker
  2. Add ice, shake vigorously. 
  3. Double strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice. 
  4. Garnish with a lime wheel or prickly pear wheel.
